My Philosophy

I don’t believe we are broken.

Life can just be tough, and maybe we haven’t learned the tools to navigate our challenges with loving awareness.

What is Mindfulness?

In a word, everything.

We learn how to become the observer of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and body sensations. We watch all the arising and passing phenomena without being overly identified. We create distance and dis-identify which creates space, room for us to breathe and just be.

The result?

More awareness, greater presence.
