Mudra Love, Mindfulness Teacher

Aloha, welcome to my website <3

I’m so happy you found your way here.

My name is Mudra Love and I teach Mindfulness Meditation & Yin Yoga. I also have a multi-media background in journalism, writing, storytelling, marketing, and content creation.

I’m originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, and my father, a former monk, introduced me to meditation when I was sixteen. He taught me a simple shamatha practice, and over the years, my relationship with meditation has continued to evolve.

After becoming a mother, I found it increasingly important to understand how to regulate my nervous system and cultivate greater presence and self-compassion. Programs such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) have strengthened and deepened my practice, while also shaping the way I share mindfulness with others.

These days, I partner with nonprofits to bring mindfulness practices to vulnerable populations. I also teach at yoga studios and host community events, and I’ll soon be offering private 1:1 sessions and online group sessions.

You can learn more about me in my book, Monk’s Daughter.

Thank you for visiting!
